Secretary-General of the Commonwealth speaks on the postponement of CHOGM due to COVID-19

Commonwealth Secretary-General, Patricia Scotland spoke to mark the fact that, if not for the Coronavirus Pandemic, the Commonwealth would be holding CHOGM this week in Kigali, Rwanda.

Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland has recorded a message marking the week in which, but for the coronavirus pandemic, Commonwealth leaders would have assembled in Kigali, Rwanda, for CHOGM the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.

The meeting is now postponed to a later date.
