Commonwealth Blue Charter Action Groups are ready and willing to implement on-the-water actions throughout Commonwealth countries. They have identified that this will need to be done in partnership with other Action Groups and through external partnerships. These partnerships will be critical to achieving the ambitious plans of actions that each Action Group has developed.
