In an age where digital content drives public opinion, the advent of deepfake technology—synthetic media created using artificial intelligence—has raised unprecedented concerns around misinformation, privacy, national security, and the erosion of trust in digital evidence. While this technology has legitimate uses, its misuse poses a severe threat to individuals, institutions, and democratic processes.

Health Ministers from across the Commonwealth will convene in Switzerland for the 37th Commonwealth Health Ministers Meeting (37CHMM). The meeting will be held on 17 May before the World Health Assembly, which starts on 19 May in Geneva.

The 2025 Commonwealth Trade Ministers Meeting (CTMM) will be convened on 18-20 June 2025 in Windhoek, Namibia, and will be hosted by the Government of Namibia.
