The purpose of this request for a quotation (RFQ) is to find and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of for a bitesize development programme for the Commonwealth Secretariat. The appointed supplier shall be awarded a contract that will be effective for up to two (2) years with the possibility of a further one year.
