The Secretariat is looking to work with a suitably qualified supplier for the provision of bitesize people skills training interventions.

These sessions will enable the Secretariat to provide relevant personal development learning opportunities to its staff.  

The preferred training delivery method is virtually, short of 3-hour sessions on different days. The training will be delivered to cohorts comprising of between 15 – 20 participants and opened to all staff at the Secretariat. Kindly note that the topics might change based on business requirements and demand, however the format and cohort size will remain the same. The content should be customised to the Commonwealth Secretariat. Below are the initial topics.

d)    Presenting for Impact
e)    Goal setting to deliver performance for impact

Requirements 

The training provider should demonstrate the following capabilities: 

  • Ability to provide learning objectives, course outline and learning approach/style for each of the workshops/webinars.
  • Provision of w workbooks and material in an electronic accessible format
  • Ability to deliver impactful people skills training for a multinational organisation.
  • The supplier should have at least two years of similar experience in delivery of people skills training interventions
  • Proven capacity to organise, training event activities.
  • Ability to include relevant role plays in the delivery of the training to enhance learning impact.
  • Ability to conduct training physically or via virtual webinars.
  • Information on the case-study based courses.
  • Training materials (handouts or learning support materials) used already in training preferably in an accessible format. 
  • A detailed description of the supplier’s training methodology.
  • A description of the team that the supplier is proposing for implementing the work. 

Evaluation Criteria:

Quotes will be assessed based on the evaluation criteria set forth in this document (see Technical Questionnaire and the weightings apportioned to quality/price in terms of reference/RFQ).
