Invitation to Tender (ITT) For the Provision of Media Monitoring, Media Contact Database and News Release Distribution Service

The purpose of this ITT is to find and appoint a suitable media partner for the provision of a media monitoring, media contact database and news release distribution package for the Commonwealth Secretariat. The selected service provider shall be awarded a contract that will be effective for up to a maximum of 3 years (2+1) with an estimated starting date of 1 May 2024.

To participate in the tender process, interested parties ("Bidders") must complete and submit an Invitation to Tender (ITT) which can be downloaded by registering on our e-tendering portal.

• The ITT responses must be returned via the Commonwealth Secretariat’s e-procurement portal by Noon GMT on 4 March 2024. Any questions pertaining to this procurement or ITT document must be submitted via our e-tendering portal.

• The deadline for clarification questions (regarding this procurement/ITT document) to be submitted by bidders to the Secretariat on our e-tendering portal is 5 PM GMT on 19 February 2024
  
  The Secretariat will publish answers to clarification questions received, on our e-tendering portal.
• The deadline for ITT responses submission is Noon GMT on 4 March 2024.
