The purpose of this request for a quote (RFQ) is to find and appoint a suitable consultant for the provision of Capacity Building Training to the Artisanal Soap Producers in Saint Lucia on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), standards, packaging and labelling and export certification requirements.
