The purpose of this RFQ is to find and appoint a suitable consultant to design and deliver a capacity-building programme that will strengthen the capacity of government officials across Commonwealth member states to understand and address the policy, legal and institutional enabling conditions required to support credible, high-integrity blue carbon initiatives.
The appointed consultant shall be awarded a contract that will be effective for between 4-6 months.
