The purpose of this request for a quote (RFQ) is to find and appoint a suitable consultant to conduct a scoping exercise of laws in Commonwealth member countries to establish the extent to which laws on open-source evidence exist, identify commonalities and gaps in existing legislation and propose solutions to challenges in evaluating the credibility and reliability of open-source information as evidence in legal proceedings. The findings of the scoping exercise will inform the possible development of a Model Law on open-source evidence that reflects Commonwealth values. The appointed consultant shall be awarded a contract effective for up to four (4) months.

To participate in the RfQ process, interested parties ("Suppliers/Consultants”) must complete and submit the Request for Quotation document which is attached to this opportunity, as per the instructions.
