Pre-Market Engagement exercise for the provision of a Comprehensive PDF Solution

The Commonwealth Secretariat wishes to seek interest and feedback via a pre-market engagement exercise in advance of issuing an Invitation to Tender later this year.

ICT D&A is sourcing for a reliable PDF software solution to replace the current Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Sign.

The supplier will provide licenses, support, configuration, initial training and software solution to match our existing software.

Key project deliverables include

• Configuration and customization
• Integration with other IT systems and applications
• Data migration
• Testing and validation
• Training and documentation
• Deployment and go-live

Solution functionalities

• Single Sign-on
• Option of data domiciliation either on-premises or cloud
• Secure document signature

To participate in the pre-market engagement exercise, interested parties ("Suppliers”) must complete and submit the pre-market engagement form which can be

 downloaded by registering on our e-tendering portal.

• The PME responses must be returned via the Commonwealth Secretariat’s e-procurement portal by 15:00hrs on 25 October 2024. Any questions pertaining to this procurement must be submitted via our e-tendering portal.
