The purpose of this pre market engagement exercise is to gather insights from potential suppliers and service providers regarding the support and maintenance of the existing fleet of multi-function printers (MFPs). This process aims to assess market capabilities, identify potential innovations, and understand the level of interest in delivering services that meet our organisational needs.
Through structured dialogue with industry participants, we intend to explore options for efficient and cost-effective support solutions. This will ensure a comprehensive understanding of current market offerings and constraints that inform the final procurement approach. Feedback obtained will help shape the design of the MFP RFQ, focusing on long-term operational efficiency, sustainability, and value for money.
To participate in the pre-market engagement exercise interested parties ("Suppliers”) must complete and submit a reply vi the Secretariat’s e-procurement portal (In Tend).
