The 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change – or the United Nations Climate Change Conference COP28 – will take place from 30 November to 12 December 2023, at Expo City Dubai, UAE.
A series of high-level ministerial meetings will bring together representatives from all Commonwealth member countries to exchange views and discuss joint strategies around governance, sustainable development and climate issues, in the margins of the High-Level week of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York.

The 10th Commonwealth Youth Ministers Meeting (CYMM) opened in London today, bringing together Government ministers, senior government officials, education stakeholders and young leaders from across the Commonwealth to agree on policies and initiatives aimed at supporting and empowering young people across 56 member states.
