Duration: It is expected that each individual user will have access to the Course for at least 12 months from their date of activation

The purpose of this contract is to secure access to a self-paced online training course on sustainable energy (the “Course”) for Commonwealth member countries.  The Course will be utilised to promote energy literacy and build capacity amongst member countries on key issues regarding energy production and use, the energy transition and impacts for different countries, renewable energy sources, the climate-energy nexus amongst others.

The target audience for the Course is mid-senior level government officials, young Commonwealth citizens and other users with varying levels of knowledge of the energy sector.

The preferred contractor should have demonstrable experience in the delivery of self-paced learning courses specifically focused on the energy sector.

Evaluation will be based on competency and cost. The cover letter should show how the contract would be carried out to meet the specific objectives set out in the TOR.

It should include a short statement of the candidate’s relevant expertise and experience along with the bid amount.

Priority will be given to consultants that are Commonwealth citizens or entities registered in a Commonwealth country.
