The objective of this procurement exercise is to find a suitable supplier to provide web maintenance and support services for the Commonwealth Secretariat.

The Secretariat’s current website was launched in early 2022. We now require continued web development services to ensure the website is operational and reflects the strategic objectives of the organisation in 2024 and beyond.

The appointed supplier shall be awarded a contract that shall be effective for 2 (+1+1) years.

To participate in the tender process, interested parties ("Bidders") must complete and submit an Invitation to Tender (ITT) which can be downloaded by registering on our e-tendering portal.

  • The deadline for clarification questions (regarding this procurement or the PQQ document) to be submitted by bidders to the Secretariat on our e-tendering portal is 5 PM GMT on 19 October 2023.

    The Secretariat will publish answers to clarification questions received, on our e-tendering portal.
  • The deadline for ITT responses submission is Noon GMT on 31 October 2023.
