The purpose of this request for invitations to tender is to award a Facilities Management service contract (or contracts) across three specification Lots for the provision of facility services across its locations at Marlborough House and 40 B Hill Street, London.
The Secretariat may award all Lots to a single contractor; or multiple contractors for the three Lots included in this invitation to tender. Tenderers may tender for all Lots or individual Lots.
- Lot 1: Soft Services Marlborough House & 40B Hill Street
- Lot 2: Soft Services Marlborough House & Soft Services & M&E 40 B Hill Street
- Lot 3: M&E 40B Hill Street only
The appointed supplier shall be awarded a contract that shall be effective initially for three (3) years, with an option to extend for a maximum of two (2) further years on a one (1) plus one (1) basis.
To participate in the invitation to tender process, interested parties ("Suppliers”) must complete and submit the attached ITT and any other relevant documents via the Commonwealth Secretariat’s e-procurement portal.
