The Commonwealth Secretariat residential property, the Garden House, 40b Hill Street, Mayfair, London, W1J 5NT. The property is the official residence of the Commonwealth Secretary General, it is a mid-terrace five storey house located in Mayfair, the floor area of 744.38 sqm (8,013 sq. ft) on a gross internal area (GIA) basis.
The Commonwealth Secretariat wishes to find and appoint a suitable consultant or consultancy for Hill Street Property Services project. The appointed supplier/consultant shall be awarded a contract that shall be effective for approximately 12 weeks.
To participate in the ITT process, interested parties ("Suppliers/Consultancies”) must complete and submit a tender bid. The ITT can be downloaded by registering on our e-tendering portal.
