The purpose of this procurement is to hire professional and specialist services to design, develop, and submit the appropriate building permits for the fit-out of the 4th floor of the Nations Business Center (NBC), Geneva, in order to accommodate 6 Commonwealth missions.

The new layout and fixtures of the offices on the 4thfloor will have to be consistent with the existing Commonwealth offices on the 2nd and Ground Floors.

Interested parties must submit all documents as set out in Invitation to Tender (ITT) document, no later than the return date of: Noon GMT on 23 January 2026 via the Secretariat’s e-tendering system.

In order to download the ITT documents interested parties must register/log into the Secretariat’s e-tendering system.
