The evaluation will assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of the Commonwealth Climate Finance Access Hub (CCFAH) since 2015, and to generate strategic insights to guide the programme’s direction for 2025–2035.
The evaluation will provide evidence to inform the CCFAH Steering Committee, senior management, member governments, and development partners. It will support transparent decision-making, resource mobilisation efforts, and institutional learning across the Secretariat.
Interested parties must submit all documents as set out in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document, no later than the return date of: Noon GMT on 6 March 2026 via the Secretariat’s e-tendering system.
