The Commonwealth Secretariat wishes to tender for and award up to four (4) framework agreements engaging with Recruitment Agencies for temporary resources.
Closing date: 12 Noon (BST) on 2 August 2024
The framework agreements shall be for an initial term of three (3) years from the agreement start date, with an option to extend for a
maximum of up to two (2) years (2 x 12-month extension periods).
To participate in the ITT process, interested parties ("Suppliers”) must complete and submit their tender documents which can be
downloaded by registering on our e-tendering portal.

- All bids must be returned via the Commonwealth Secretariat’s e-procurement portal by 12 Noon (BST) on 2 August 2024.
- All questions pertaining to this procurement or ITT documents must be submitted via our e-tendering portal no later than 12 Noon (BST) on 19 July 2024
