Invitation to submit Proposals for the provision of Publishing Services for the Information Technology for Development journal (Reference: 646-2024)

The purpose of this request for a proposal (RFP) is to find and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of publishing services to the Commonwealth Secretariat, specifically for its academic journal Information Technology for Development (ITD). 

The appointed supplier shall be awarded a contract that will be effective for up to three years, with the option to extend that contract for a further two years.

To participate in the tender process, interested parties ("Bidders") must complete and submit a Proposal by completing our template (contained in the RFP) which can be downloaded by registering on our e-tendering portal.

• The Proposals must be returned via the Commonwealth Secretariat’s e-procurement portal by Noon GMT on 28^th January 2025.

• The deadline for clarification questions (regarding this procurement) to be submitted by bidders to the Secretariat on our e-tendering portal is 5 PM GMT on 8th January 2025.
  
  The Secretariat will publish answers to clarification questions received, on our e-tendering portal.
• The deadline for proposals submission is Noon GMT on 28^th January 2025 via the e-procurement portal .
