Commonwealth Secretary-General Scotland will address the High Level Segment of the 34th session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva on 28 February 2017.

Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland will make her maiden speech at the High Level Segment (HLS) of the 34th session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva on 28 February at 17:30 local time (16:30GMT).
Secretary-General Scotland will take the opportunity to underscore the Commonwealth’s commitment to human rights, including its work with National Human Rights Institutions and parliamentarians.
