The self-paced course aims to promote digital inclusivity and use of efficient digital infrastructure, accelerate the growth of digital economies and support a smart Commonwealth.

This launch event will take place in person at the Commonwealth Secretariat Headquarters at Marlborough House, London and online (hybrid). In-person seating is limited (by invitation), however, virtual attendance is possible from 11:00 until 13:00.
