The Commonwealth Secretariat seeks to engage a qualified Contractor to verify and update content from the existing Commonwealth Blue Charter Funders Database and Commonwealth Blue Charter Training Database into an Excel spreadsheet. These databases list existing training and funding resources suitable for the ten ‘Action Groups’ under the Commonwealth Blue Charter. This information will be housed online for use by Commonwealth country officials.
Interested consultants should submit all documents as set out in the attached Ad Doc no later than the return date of 12 Noon BST on 10th March 2026 to the email address provided in the RFQ -[email protected]
