Manufacturing & Industry Climate: Mitigation

Converting Plastic and Biomass Waste into Low-Carbon Fuels Through Pyrolysis

Project overview

NuCarbon Technology plans to manufacture containerised pyrolysis plants and establish a large-scale facility that converts biomass, plastic and rubber waste into biochar, bio-oil and syngas. Biochar can improve soil or replace coal, bio-oil can fuel heat, power and engines, and syngas can generate energy or feed chemical production.
