Sport for Life is a social enterprise which links sport, education, recreation, health and governments to align community, provincial/territorial, and national systems and programming. It aims to improve the quality of sport and to increase the development of physical literacy - the motivation, confidence, competence and knowledge to make appropriate physical activity part of one’s life.

Each resource promotes the safety and health of participants with specific considerations:

  • keep a distance of 2 meters;
  • avoid sharing equipment;
  • disinfect equipment before and after use;
  • wash hands with soap and water before and after play; and
  • use visual guides for spacing such as tape, ropes, signs, etc.
