The discussion will focus on the specific challenges brought on by COVID-19 for Small States in promoting the rule of law.
Panellists will discuss issues such as the business impact on Small States and the need for legislative responses, access to the internet in relation to the delivery of justice services, and specific measures which need to be implemented to help Small States adapt in order to protect their populations.
