We have an outstanding opportunity for a ICT Systems Specialist – Data Management & Analytics, in the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Section, in our Strategy, Portfolio, Partnerships & Digital (SPPD) Division.

The successful candidate ICT Systems Specialist (Data Management and Analytics) will be responsible for three strands of work which are technical data protection initiatives; implementing good data practices for Knowledge management and data analytics for corporate and programmatic activities

Other responsibilities entailed in this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinate the dissemination of information, data and visualisations to staff of the Secretariat.
  • Work with the office of the Legal Counsel on Data Protection initiatives
  • Identify any issues with the integrity and quality of data used for analysis and bring these to the attention of the Adviser, Data and Business Systems.
  • Implement the Data Governance Framework under the supervision of the Adviser, Data and Business Systems
  • Participate in Data and Business Systems projects, providing input on data structures, database management, analytics and visualisations.

To be considered you must a degree with a strong analytical focus and have at least three years of demonstrated work experience in data analytics and data governance. A post graduate degree and certification in data management are desirable.
