The Commonwealth Secretariat seeks to appoint a HR Systems and Data Manager for the Human Resources and Facilities Management Division, to oversee, manage, maintain and develop the HR systems and information. The post holder must have in-depth knowledge of Open HR software.
The post holder will lead on developing and enhancing workflows and processes on Open HR, ensuring data integrity, system and data quality control, providing user support and producing a wide range of HR management information and reports. This requires good interpersonal communication for collaboration and interface between colleagues in HR, Finance, ICT as well as system providers. The HR Systems and Data Manager will be responsible for OpenHR system upgrades with HR and ICT teams, including defining requirements, configuring solutions, testing and validation, role-based permissions, coordinating testing, implementation and roll-out of new features/modules.
To be considered, you will have a first degree in any subject from any nationally recognised institutions or equivalent IT knowledge, professional qualifications and experience. At least 7 years’ experience in working within a human resources team/department, primarily in areas such as HR systems, management information and HR analytics alongwith in-depth knowledge of Open HR software.
