We have an excellent opportunity for a Finance and Processing Assistant – Accounts Payable and Travel to work in out Finance and Information Management Section.
The post holder will be primarily responsible for accounts payable and travel related processing activities; however, may at times be required to support other activities within the finance team. The post holder will need to ensure timely and accurate processing in accordance with the Secretariat’s policy and procedures.
The post holder will need to have at least 4 years’ book keeping or accounts payable experience or experience of working in a similar finance environment; good IT skills, experienced user of Microsoft Office products; experience of computerised accounting and electronic banking; and good interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge or experience of reviewing and processing travel expenses is preferable.
To be considered, you will need to have 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including English and Maths, will need to be AAT part qualified or ACCA part qualified, ad hold a book keeping or accountancy qualification.
