The COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated that the need for digital infrastructure is ever more paramount. However, significant infrastructure gaps and digital divides remain within and among different Commonwealth countries, in terms of access, affordability and the quality of infrastructure.
This event will explore how members can work together to address these challenges, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and assist countries in economic recovery through effective infrastructure policy interventions
The sessions will be chaired by The Gambia as the cluster lead, represented by Abdoulie Jammeh, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Trade, Industry, Regional Integration and Employment
