Salary: £30,497 pa + benefits
We have an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Assistant within the Facilities Management Section (FMS) our Human Resources and Facilities Management (HRFM) Division.
The Facilities Assistant will work as part of the FMS team and will be responsible for providing effective support to the Head of Facilities’ Section, the Facilities Operations Manager and the wider team in the provision of efficient, high quality facilities services. The role will focus on facilities administration, sustainability, health & safety, and financial requirements.
To be considered for this post, you will need to have Secondary qualifications to A- level or equivalent including at least 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) grade C and above, including English Language and Maths. You will also need to have at least two years’ experience in facilities or health & safety administration in a medium sized organisation; good IT skills including Microsoft Office applications; be display screen equipment assessor trained, have a first Aid at Work certificate; be fire warden trained, and have an IOSH Working Safely certificate.
