I am an enthusiastic and professional Youth Politician and have Qualified Hon. Degree, can as well be referred to as Specialist, who enjoys being part of, as well as leading, a successful and productive team. I am quick to grasp new ideas and concepts, and to develop innovative and creative solutions to problems. I am able to work well on my own initiative and can demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet the tightest of deadlines. Even under significant pressure, I possess a strong ability to perform effectively.

Executive Committee Member from 2005 till present of National Youth Council of Namibia. I have indeed gained a lot of knowledge and experience through youth development work nationally and Internationally that has thus sharpen my skills youth development.

My duties include;

· Enhancing efficient flow of information between the grass-roots youth bodies and their international counterparts

· Maintaining good relationships with NYC counterparts internationally

· Facilitating and promoting cultural youth exchange programmes on international levels

· Organizing regional workshop on youth leadership empowerment and negotiating with regional and local governments to provide assistance to youth groups in their respective regions.

To date I have attended successful youth organization conferences, which has made huge difference in the sense of managing and working with young people, especially with Africa-Europe training courses. It is indeed great pleasure to be part of the Commonwealth Caucus.
